农民合作社

Farmers’ cooperatives are a kind of economic organizations featuring mutual aid via voluntary association and democratic management by the producers and operators of the same kind of products, or the providers and users of the same kind of agricultural production and operation service. Established on October 31, 2006, it is mainly targeted at its members by providing services such as the purchase of means of agricultural production, sales, processing, transport and storage of agricultural products, and the technology and information related to agricultural production and operation. By 2013, there were of over 900,000 farmer cooperatives nationwide.
