The "three-high agriculture" refers to the agricultural products or projects featuring high production, high quality and high efficiency. With a relatively concentrated number of areas, it is suitable for implementation the economically developed coastal areas in China. High-production represents the requirements of national food safety; high quality represents the requirements of quality of consumers; high efficiency represents the producers’ interest.
