答案:

My best friend's birthday is coming. I would like to buy a small photo album and I want to put 50 pictures in that album. Most importantly, I will write about funny experience we had before below each photo with "the birthday book" on the front page. It might cost less than 100 but I promise she will love it.

I still remember she once said "…suffer when you suffer, and laugh when you laugh. I will bite my tongue when impatient words come…" We are friends since we both are wimpy kids. We have been through a lot of difficulties and have a lot of stories during these 20 years. Those 50 pictures record everything and each experience we together. It is not expensive but it is creative and cute with all my memories, so I bet she loves that.
