90 两者都不能忽视，有时候要把工作放在个人兴趣之上

1、兴趣是最好的老师，选择感兴趣的学科能够学得很好，取得成就，获得自我满足

2、不能光靠兴趣，对个人来说物质是保障，在获得物质基础上培养兴趣

This reason can be easily explained by Abraham H.Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs. This theory

suggested that “Body Needs”, nowadays, finding a job to support oneself is a content of which, is the

basic need of a people. Because once a people are deprived from food or something necessary, he or

she will no longer live, let alone devote to the society or reach success. And “Self Actualization” is

a higher need, based on the other lower hierarchies.

3、工作代表社会、市场需要，在兴趣和工作冲突时，应该把个人兴趣放在第二位，这样对社会发展有利

大学培养人才，国家和社会都有所投入，如果毕业生无法适应社会需要就浪费了资源

①感兴趣的学科重要。A 通常为他们自身 excel 的。例子 B 有更大的热情。难以想象一个考古学家 archeologist

没有极大的热情会在各种艰苦的条件下工作。

②好找工作的学科也重要 A 科技发展，对工作人员的要求越来越高 B工作越来越难找了

③还有其他学科也重要。可能既不好找工作也不感兴趣。如：哲学，文学，历史，或心理学。A 丰富 mind B 有助

于找工作。
