上海市交通委于日前宣布，自8月18日禁止共享单车企业新增投放以来，该市已清理50万辆单车。

Shanghai transport commission announced that the city had taken 500,000 bikes off the road since Aug 18 when it banned bike-sharing companies from releasing more bikes.
