Some people argue that people born with natural abilities are more likely to succeed. Other people believe success can be achieved through hard work. What is your opinion?有些人认为天生有能力的人更有可能成功。其他人相信通过努力工作可以获得成功。能说说您的看法吗?

I think hard work is more important than natural talent.

As Einstein was wise to say, “Genius is 1% talent and 99% percent hard work.” This self-awareness and willpower can make up for inadequacies, and hard work becomes the main reason massive success is achieved. The successful recognize their limitations and this drives them on to never quit. It’s a self-propelling engine that keeps on churning as they get better, smarter and closer to success. We’ve all heard that hard work is the key to success.

It is often said that the “profoundly gifted” still have an edge over peers who have less natural talent but are perhaps more dedicated to improving their skills. It's much better to rely on hard work than to rely on talent. This is why even naturally talented athletes put hours and hours of effort into practice and the refinement of their skills.

我认为后天努力比天赋更重要。

正如爱因斯坦明智地说的，“天才是1%的天赋，99%的汗水”，这种自我意识和意志力可以弥补不足之处，而努力工作却是成功的主要原因。成功的人能及时认识到自己天赋的极限，这促使他们永不放弃。这是一个自我推动的引擎，不断运转，因此它们变得更好，更聪明，更接近成功。我们都听说过努力是成功的关键。
