I disagree with the statement above. I think we should take cell phone with us in case something emergency happened. If we can‟t bring it with us, why we buy a cell phone then? Secondly, now cell phone is not only just a phone, but also a calculator, dictionary or recorder. We need to use these functions to help us study in the lecture. What‟s more, in my point of view, students should have the right to bring their cell phone, although they have the duty to set cell phones on the vibrate or silent mold and thus not to disturb the lecture. Banning to bring cell phone is unnecessary and disobliging.
