Sports center 体育中心

体育馆是我们可以做各种运动的地方，有游泳池、网球场、足球场等，而且很大。

平时我们的生活如此繁忙，以至于我们非常需要一个地方锻炼身体，繁忙，我们有如下的表达：

Couch potato:

Someone who spends lots of time sitting down and watching TV.

或者，我入迷/上瘾

Be hooked on: I was hooked on watching the winter Olympics when it was on TV. I couldn’t get enough of it.

锻炼之后我们非常受益，包括身体上、精神上：

Physically rewarding: fruitful: weightlifting helps me lose weight/build up muscles

因此可以说，锻炼是非常有疗效的

Therapeutic

causing someone to feel happier and more relaxed or to be more healthy

治疗的；有疗效的；有益健康的

例如：I find gardening very therapeutic. 我发现园艺非常有益健康。

relaxing/calming：让人放松的

an activity which gives you a rest and makes you unwind (eg reading or listening to music) (adj)

Lock yourself away: lock yourself away for hours on end to practise something then you don’t spend time with other people because you’re focused on other things.

Dabbler

Someone who does a pastime for a couple of weeks, gets bored and then tries something different.

Lucrative

(especially of a business, job, or activity) producing a lot of money
