《麦田的守望者》Catcher in the Rye

Andrew P. Another person who viewed the majority as a poor guide is Holden Caulfield from the novel Catcher in the Rye. Holden is a rebellious young man who is determined to see his own ideals and thoughts carried out. Thus, Holden beats down the temptations to follow the majority and thinks freely for himself, allowing Holden to make choices that most benefits himself.
